 Got to work on the Mini some more today.
Marked and drilled the side plates on the top half of the keel today.
I measured, marked and then drilled the side plates.

I drilled the side plates every two inches along the path of the vertical ribs in each side. I then chamfered each hole so the plug welds would connect to both side plate and ribs.
I also dug out the 10 sheets of plywood with the deck pieces.
I started cutting out the deck parts. This is after one of the sheets was cut up....
Got to work on the boat for 5 hours today.
