Back at it. Have a deadline. Articles / My Mini News Topics Date: Jan 01, 2009 - 03:02 PM Happy New Year. It has been quite a while since I last updated this web site. I have been really busy with Third Coast Composites.Com building a Carbon Fiber Mini 6.50 for the ReachNow Foundation, our molds for the eKo Series Mini 6.50 and our first eKo. We built the first deck, hull and are gluing in the interior. Things are really exciting there. Check out photo's here. That said, I finished aligning the keel fin side plating with the internal stringers and drilled the holes for the plug welds. Now all I need is for my welder to come back from holiday vacation. My goal is to finish the boat early this spring so I can compete in the Bermuda 1-2 in early June.  So watch for more frequent updates in 2009.
